摘    要:教师教育既有既定性本质,又有应然性本质。教师教育的改革应是以其应然性本质引领既定性本质的建构,促使教师教育活动更具有合理性的过程。当代教师教育不只是一种教育、流程、指导、洗脑和专业建构活动,更应是一种学习、过程、服务、嫁接和文化创生活动。这一新本质的形成,客观上要求改革者应以教师培训变革为其生长点,积极奉行"低起点,高落点"的教师教育改革战略,力促建成新的教师学习体系。

Abstract:Teacher education has both given essence and should-be essence.The change of teacher education means piloting its given essence by should-be essence in order to make the teacher education more rational.Contemporary teacher education should not only be education,flow,guidance,brainwash and professional construction,but also be learning,process,service,engrafting and culture-creating.The new essence of contemporary teacher education requires that we should make teacher training a growing point and pursue the "low base,high plane" strategy by which we can drive the teacher learning system into being.
