河北省旅游扶贫问题及对策研究

旅游扶贫是《国家八七扶贫攻坚计划》的重要组成部分,河北省经过近二十年的不懈努力,在旅游扶贫工作上取得了较大的成绩。以旅游业为代表的第三产业在短时间内有效地刺激和拉动了贫困地区的经济发展,人们的生产生活条件极大改善。但就目前发展状况来讲,河北省旅游扶贫工作仍然存在着许多问题,严重的束缚旅游扶贫工作的进一步开展。作者对这些问题进行了详细分析,并提出了相关意见和建议。

Study on the Problems and Corresponding Tactics of Poverty Relief by Tourism in Hebei Province

Poverty relief by tourism is an essential component of the National Eight-Seven Poverty Relief Program.After nearly twenty years of consistent efforts, Hebei Province has made great progress in the work of poverty relief by tourism. Tourism Industry, representative of Service Industry, has effectively stimulated and promoted the economic development of the poor areas within a short period of time. As a result, people's living and working conditions in those areas have improved a lot. However, many problems are still existent in the work of poverty relief by tourism in Hebei Province, which are seriously hindering its further development. Based on a detailed analysis of the above-mentioned problems, this article provides some suggestions and tactics in the hope of helping working out efficient solutions.
