| 摘 要： | 以马克思主义关于人的本质和人的全面发展的理论为指导 ,结合现代社会发展特点 ,分析和论述了人的全面发展的本质涵义和时代特征。人的全面发展的本质在于人的社会属性和社会关系、社会性需要和精神需要、社会素质和能力素质的全面发展 ,其时代特征主要表现为 :人的主体性不断提升和发展 ;人的思想和精神生活的全面发展 ;人与自然、社会的协调发展是人的全面发展的本质要求 ;人力资源的开发成为人的全面发展的主要目标
