| 摘 要： | 两宋数百年之历史 ,尤重国家图书的收集和整理。由于统治者积极奉行“广开献书之路”的政策 ,采取了有效的“据目求书”、“奖赏献书”、“专使访书”等措施 ,使“三馆”、“秘阁”书库的藏书得到了迅速补充。纵观两宋国家藏书事业的发展历史 ,虽历经 30 0年沧桑 ,却呈兴衰起伏之状。至南宋末年封建国家藏书数量达到唐宋以来藏书历史发展的顶峰 ,这无疑对中国乃至世界文化都产生了重要影响
