| 摘 要： | 对教育界和经济界出现的所谓主张“高等教育要市场化” ,要以完全的市场方式配置高教资源的说法提出了异议 ,并利用经济学的公共产品理论和教育经济学的有关原理 ,阐释了高等教育产品的准公共产品性质 ,提出了在我国社会主义市场经济体制下 ,高等教育资源配置的合理模式应当是计划方式和市场方式相结合的混合配置模式

| Abstract: | In contrary to some opinions that higher education should be marketized and the resources allocation in higher education should be left solely to the market force and from the perspective of economics theory of public goods and relevant principles of education economics, a different view is provided that higher education has a kind of quasi public goods nature and the ideal resources allocation mode in higher education should be an integration of the planning and the market mechanism. |
