| 摘 要： | 产业集群作为一种新的竞争单元,其优势越来越被理论界和各级政府部门所认可,成为推动区域经济发展的重要动力。我国产业集群在获得快速发展的同时,表现出技术、功能、结构、环境、机制的成长缺陷。实现产业集群的可持续发展是区域经济发展的重要课题。在分析产业集群成长及其竞争优势的同时,分析了区域产业集群发展的内在缺陷,并着眼于产业集群可持续成长,提出了构建地方产业集群的相关建议。
