高校素质教育与创新型人才的培养

创新型人才是在全面发展和个性得到充分发挥的基础上具有创新精神、创新意识、创新能力的人才。我国高等教育近几年在国际交流中取得了很大发展,但阻碍学生创新的弊端也日益显现。因此,高校必须进行一系列教育改革,在观念上要克服功利主义,由“知识中心”转变为以“人”为中心,将教育内容由单纯的书本知识向社会知识扩展,把参与教育活动的师生双方都看作教育的主体,建立新的教育主体观。

Quality Education and Cultivation of Innovative Intellectuals in University

Innovative intellectuals are those who have innovative spirit,consciousness and ability on the basis of the full development of the personality.This is also the aim of the education in our country.We have already made great development in higher education in recent years,but many barriers also appear.So there must be a reform in the universities to overcome the utilitarianism,to convert to human-orient,to enlarge the educational scope to a social degree,to perceive both the teachers and students as the main body of the educational activity and to develop the new conception of principal educational parts.
