| 摘 要： | 本文概述了全球妇女创业在性别差距、创业动机、创业活动涉及的行业范围、年龄、就业情况、教育、收入、女性创业心态等方面的现状,并以此为依据,分析了全球创业环境因素与女性创业自身特点对女性创业的影响,提出了促进女性创业的对策.

| Abstract: | The authors,based on the latest data on the global entrepreneurship research,summarized the current worldwide women entrepreneurship,and respectively interpreted the women entrepreneurship at the early stage,entrepreneurial activities and the established entrepreneurship in high-income countries and mediate/low income countries.Besides,the authors presented a brief explanation about the relationship among women entrepreneurship,age,gender,income,employment,and education.What is more,the authors explained women entrepreneurship motivation in this article.The authors finally analyzed the current worldwide women entrepreneurship and proposed suggestions for developing the women entrepreneurship in both high-income countries and mediate/low income countries. |
