清末新式小学教育改革述论

清末“新政”时期,建立新教育制度,小学教育有了法律的依据,并成为其中的重要部分,由此,近代小学教育制度得以确立,推动了小学教育在全国各地的蓬勃发展。小学教育在发展历程中取得了各方面的成效,但也存在种种问题,如封建性浓厚,教学问题层出不穷,办学经费不足等。

A Brief Comment on the Reform of New Elementary School Education at the End of Qing Dynasty

During the new policy period at the end of Qing Dynasty, new education system was set up and the elementary school education was based on the law, which became the important part of the education. From then on, the neoteric elementary school education system had been established and that education flourished all over the country. This education took effect on every aspect in the course of its development, but it also had some imperfections such as strong feudality, various teaching problems and lack of outlays.
