| 摘 要： | 当前,我国已经进入了必须依靠科技进步和创新来推动经济社会发展的历史阶段。为了解科技原创力在我国经济建设中的战略地位,实现我国科技发展从跟踪模仿为主向自主创新为主转变,本文对科技原创力的演化机理及发展中国家科技原创力的演化机理进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了一些政策性建议。

| Abstract: | At present,our country comes into a new historic phase at which the development of economy and society must be driven by the advancement and innovation of science.It is important to understand the strategic role it plays in economic development and to concert from imitation to self-innovation.In order to achieve this goal,this article analyzes the evolving mechanism of original innovation of science and technology and that of the developing countries.Some suggestions are put forward in the end of the article. |
