师范生教师职业技能训练现状及其对策研究

教师职业技能训练在各高师院校不断强化“学术性”、强调“综合性”的追求中正呈现出不断弱化甚至缺失的趋势。事实表明，只有围绕专业价值塑造，务实地建构起促进学生专业成长的教师职业技能课程教育体系与能力训练系统，才能真正提高人才培养质量，满足基础教育课程改革对师资质量提出的迫切要求。

On the Status of Teachers Vocational Skill Training of the Normal students and its Countermeasures
