| 摘 要： | 东北文化是融合型文化。要实现东北文化重塑，需重构我们的文化结构及各子系统：要树立全民创业文化价值观，建设创业型政府，打造创业型经济，建构“全民”创业精神，培育全民创业主体，建立全民创业教育体系。这样才能重塑国民素质，打造全民创业性格，抢占国际创业战略制高点，实现工业化和知识化双跨越。

| Abstract: | Northeast culture is fusion culture. To achieve the Northeast Cultural remodeling, We need to reconstruct the cultural structure and the subsystems, To establish a national entrepreneurial culture values, Building business-oriented government, To build entrepreneurial economy, Construction of the ＂National＂ entrepreneurial spirit, Fostering an entrepreneurial principal, The establishment of national entrepreneurship education. So as to rebuilding the national quality, All the people start to build character, International business strategy to seize the high ground, Double-cross of industrialization and knowledge. |
