| 摘 要： | 知识经济成为21世纪新的经济形态,知识是个人、企业乃至整个国家发展的决定性因素。高新技术是知识的内核,高新技术产业是经济的第一推动力。本文通过对我国高新技术产业现状的分析,从重视信息技术、办好高新技术产业开发区、加强企业管理、建设创新人才体系和保护知识产权等方面对如何发展我国的高新技术产业提出一些建议和意见。

| Abstract: | Knowledge economy becomes the new economic appearance of 21th century , knowledge is the decisive factor to individual , business enterprise , even the whole nation development . As the center of knowledge , high -tech industry becomes primary impetus to the economy . Analysizing the present condition of our nation high-tech industry , this paper brings up some suggestions on how to develop it. |
