| 摘 要： | 地方高师院校贫困生资助工作是推进教育公平的重要组成部分。以地方高师院校贫困大学生资助工作实际为基础,摸索出＂掌握三个状况、解决三个问题、实现一个提高＂的工作模式,以期使得贫困大学生资助工作更富成效。这一模式的提出,对于提高地方高师院校的人才培养质量,促进教育公平具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The subsidization of poor students in Normal University is an important part to promote education equity.Normal University to subsidize poor students based on actual work,explored a way of work that is ＂to master three conditions,to solve three problems,to achieve an increase＂ in order to make the work more offective.This proposed model has a great significance for improving the high quality of personal training of Normal University and promoting education equity. |
