| 摘 要： | 教师资格制度和教师教育制度作为国家促进教师队伍建设的两种教育制度具有内在一致性。目前实施的教师资格制度对教师教育制度有不利影响。要在此基础上,解决教师资格制度与教师教育制度衔接问题。
