| 摘 要： | 基于对我国新型制造企业的理论探讨。本文构建了技术研发能力评价指标体系，提出了用因子分析法构建综合评价模型，对新型制造企业技术研发能力进行测度，与此同时进行了实证分析，为企业以后的技术研发工作提出指导性建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the theoretical discussion on our modern manufacturing enterprises, this paper sets up an evaluation index system of enterprise＇ s technical R＆D ability based on the knowledge- based economy. Then it uses the Factor Analysis method to establish the comprehensive evaluation model, which can evaluate the modern manufacturing enterprise＇ s technical R＆D ability,at the same time, it makes the demonstration analysis. This paper provides some suggestions for the enterprise＇s technical R＆D in the future. |
