高校英语阅读教学方法改革探究

英语教学的目的是培养学生具有较强的阅读能力和一定的听、说、读、写、译能力，使学生能够用英语进行交流。在全面兼顾听、说、读、写、译的前提下，重点还应放在阅读能力的提高上，因为阅读理解是高校学生今后工作所需要的主要语言技能。如何提高学生阅读速度、理解能力，从而提高学生的阅读能力，是目前高校英语阅读教学亟待解决的课题。

Inquire on the Reform of the University English Reading Teaching Approach

The aim of English teaching is to educate students to achieve reading skills and to achieve a certain basic knowledge and skills of English and to improve listening, speaking,reading,writing,and translating skills ,as well as educate students to communicate with others in English. On the premise that listening,speak- ing,reading,writing,and translating skills can be balanced ,the focus of English teaching still emphasize the im- proving the reading ability because the reading ability is the key language skills that the university students may be needed in the future. In order to improve students＇ reading ability,now there is still a task that needs urgent solution on how to improve students＇ reading speed,comprehensive skills in the university English reading teaching.
