| Abstract: | Local protectionism is a big drawback to the administration of justice.In order to uproot local protectionism in the judicial practice,the essential way is to reform the present system of law court and the method of appropriating its funds,to improve the judges' professional proficiency,to perfect the system of exchanging judges as well as to strengthen the functions of community service. |
