摘    要:围绕科教兴国战略的政策支撑及高等教育改革的明确目标,通过对STEM教育内涵及其在高校人才培养模式应用剖析,阐述了高校人才培养模式构建中融合STEM教育的意义。文章通过北京科技大学人才培养模式的改革实践,探索STEM教育视域下高校本科人才培养模式构建的方法。学校融合STEM的跨学科性、交叉性、实践性和探究性,构建本硕贯通人才培养目标体系,丰富本科人才培养课程模块,深化本科人才培养实践教学模式、发展本科人才培养科研启迪方式,进一步创新人才培养模式。以创新型人才培养为牵引,实现高等教育内涵式发展,推动世界一流大学和一流学科建设,提升我国人才国际竞争力。

Construction of Undergraduate Talents Cultivation in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of STEM Education

Abstract:With the policy support in revitalizing the country through science and education and the clear goal of higher education reform, this paper analyzes the connotation of STEM education and its application in talents training mode of colleges and universities, expounds the significance of integrating STEM education into talents cultivation of colleges and universities. The reform practice of University of Science and Technology Beijing is emphatically combined with talents cultivating mode. The method of constructing the undergraduate talents cultivation of colleges and universities is explored under the perspective of STEM education. By integrating the interdisciplinary, intersectionality, practice and inquiry of STEM, we aim to build a scientific cultivation system for undergraduate talents, enrich the related curriculum modules, deepen the practical teaching mode, develop the enlightenment mode in scientific research for undergraduate talents cultivation, and further innovate the talents cultivation mode. With cultivating innovative talents as the momentum, we will achieve the connotative development of higher education, promote the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines, and enhance Chinese talents’ competitiveness internationally.
