| 摘 要： | 《春秋穀梁传》所记载之葵丘之会天子禁令是现存最早的也是最可信的关于葵丘之会天子禁令之记载，《孟子》所载之葵丘之会天子禁令是在《春秋穀梁传》关于葵丘之会天子禁令之记载的基础上所进行的添枝加叶的发挥。孟子在穀梁子之后，孟子学习过《春秋穀梁传》。

| Abstract: | The fiat of the Alliance of Kuiqiu recorded in Chun Qiu Gu Liang Zhuan is the earliest and most authentic record on the fiat of the Alliance of Kuiqiu. The fiat of the Alliance of Kuiqiu recorded in Mengzi is a revision of the fiat of the Alliance of Kuiqiu recorded in Chun Qiu Gu Liang Zhuan. Mencius was born later than Gu Liangzi. Mencius studied Chun Qiu Gu Li-ang Zhuan. |
