论虚拟企业与传统企业的整合

由于技术进步和知识经济的发展,虚拟企业将成为21世纪一种重要的企业组织形态,在经济发展中将发挥越来越大的作用。这一点是无庸质疑的。但纯虚拟的公司面临着传统企业涌入互联网的压力,加之虚拟企业之间的竞争,使虚拟企业内外交困,甚至面临生存危机。面对网络经济的挑战,传统企业的出路又何在?笔者认为,虚拟企业与传统企业的整合会争取一个双赢的结局。 

The Adjustment Between the Virtual Corporation and the Traditional Enterprise

Because of the advanced technology and the development of knowledge-based economy, virtual corporation will become an important form of organization of enterprise in 21st century. And it will play a more important role in developing economy. But complete virtual corporations have been facing several difficulties, including the traditional enterprises into INTERNET and the competition among the virtual corporations. Maybe the virtual corporations are being in some crises. With the challenges, which come from the network-bases economy, what can the traditional enterprises do? The authors considered that the two forms would be much better by adjusting between the virtual corporation and the traditional enterprise.
