| 摘 要： | 文章探讨了高新技术产业园区高新技术企业集聚功能及其实现方式,研究了中国四大区域高新技术产业园区高新技术企业集聚的发展状态,从制定科学的发展规划、优化发展政策、建立科学的运行机制、构建产学研合作平台和完善科技中介服务体系等方面,提出了增强高新技术产业园区高新技术企业集聚的整体竞争力的对策。

| Abstract: | The article explores the function of the high and new tech enterprises in the high and new tech area and the modes of its realization.And it provides the ways for the enterprises in the high and new tech area to improve their collective capacity,including: working out the scientific development plan,optimizing the policy,founding the scientific working mechanism,constructing the scientific bases for studying and improving the service system of agents. |
