| 摘 要： | 在50多年中,中国的对外经济技术援助工作经历了三个阶段,形成了各自的特点.三个阶段的特点既有相同的方面,又表现出一定的差异,带有鲜明的时代色彩.文章扼要地分析了50多年来中国对经济技术援助工作积累的成功经验,及其一度出现某些偏差的原因,对今后的援外工作具有重要指导意义.

| Abstract: | The work of China's economical & technical assistance to foreign countries has gone through three phases during 50 years or more. But in three phases the characteristics have both the sameness and the difference because of the different era. The paper analyzes briefly the cause of errors in assistance and emphasizes its great significance. The successful experience in economical & technical assistance will guide directly the work of China's aid from now on. |
