| 摘 要： | 灾后心理重建与心理教育是汶川大地震后重建工作的重要组成部分，是满足广大灾区群众的心理需求、建设震后和谐社会、落实科学发展观的具体体现，是一项具有多层次目标、分阶段进行的长期的系统工程。从目标上讲有消除恐惧、应对压力、增强自信、获得力量等；从阶段上讲是一个长期的过程，可以分为情绪恢复、环境适应、人格升华三个阶段，每个阶段都有不同的工作重点；从策略上讲应加强健康人格的塑造，加强情绪调节技术和应对灾害技能的学习，加强正确价值观念的引导等等。
