| 摘 要： | 高等教育信息化是在先进的教育思想指导下应用现代信息技术培养创新人才的系统工程。在信息环境下，我们应开发出高效丰富的数字化教材和精品课程网站等教学资源，以提高教学效果，推进教学方法和教学手段的根本性变革；把信息技术、信息资源、信息方法、人力资源和课程内容有机结合，实现教学过程全优化；并将信息技术与实验教学整合，探索新的实验教学模式，不断提高学生实验操作和知识创新能力；注重课外学生和教师的互动，构建网上教学平台和教学质量评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | The informationization of higher education is a systematic project to cultivate innovative talents with the application of modem information technologies under the guidance of advanced educational ideology. In teaching design, information technology, information resources, information methods, personnel resources and course contents should be combined organically to realize the optimization of teaching process. We should integrate information technology and experiment teaching, exploring new experiment teaching model, to improve students＇ ability of experiment operation and innovation. The out-classroom interaction between students and teachers, construction of an online teaching platform and a rational teaching quality evaluation index system should be emphasized at the same time. |
