农户家庭长期投资行为研究的现状与展望

农户的农业投资行为,特别是农户对农业的长期投资行为对实现我国农业持续发展、繁荣农村经济起着至关重要的作用。在国外,农户投资行为理论大致可以分为两个学派:组织和生产学派与理性小农学派,前者的核心观点是“自给小农”,而后者却认为农民是有经济理性的。在理性小农的基础上,国内外学者对农户长期投资行为进行了实证研究,但由于研究的角度和包含的因素、使用的研究材料等不同,得出的结论往往不一致。因此,要深入研究我国农户长期投资行为,必须结合我国农村的现实情况,将农户分层、区域经济发展不平衡和农地市场不完备等情况引入研究范畴并进行深入研究。

Research on Long-term Investment Behavior of Agricultural Household: Reality and Prospect

Agricultural investment behavior of agricultural household,especially the long-term one,plays an important role in the sustainable development of Chinese agriculture and prospering rural economy.Foreign theories concerning investment behavior of agricultural household can be divided into the school of organization and production and the school of rational peasants,of which the former focuses on self-supporting small-scale farming whereas the latter argues farmers are also rational.Due to different angles of research,factors and materials,empirical studies conducted by scholars at home and abroad lead to controversial conclusions.Therefore,the research on long-term investment behavior of Chinese agricultural household needs to be based on the thorough studies into the hierarchy of farmers,the unbalanced development of regional economy and imperfect market of rural land.
