| 摘 要： | 20世纪 3 0年代 ,四川小学教师待遇低下 ,生活难以维持。其重要原因是小学教育经费的来源不稳定、管理混乱和分配不均。菲薄的待遇导致小学教师队伍不稳定 ,从而阻碍了四川小学教育的发展。

| Abstract: | In 1930s, due to the unstable source, the disordered management and the unequal distribution of the educational expenditure, Sichuan primary school teachers' salary standard was so low that they couldn't keep the pot boiling, which caused the teachers' dissatisfaction with their jobs and hindered the development of Sichuan primary education. |
