| 摘 要： | 新时期的高校大学生教育和管理工作对辅导员队伍提出了更新、更高的要求,因此必须从更新观念、完善制度、优化结构、精心培养等方面推进辅导员队伍职业化建设,充分发挥辅导员在大学生思想政治教育和管理工作中的主力军作用。

| Abstract: | The education and management of university students in the new era call for newer and higher requirements for political instructors.With an aim to push forward the building of a professional contingent of political instructors,efforts should be made to break away from conventional ideas,to improve system,to optimize structure and to painstakingly offer training so that political instructors can play a major role in university students' ideological and political education and management. |
