| 摘 要： | 学生工作管理创新是新时期高等学校教育创新的重要环节和服务学生成才的时代要求。实施这个创新,要把"以人为本,学生第一"教育理念作为学生工作的灵魂,优化学生工作组织设计,创新学生评价奖励制度,改进学生工作内容和方法,利用现代信息技术,实现学生工作的流程再造。

| Abstract: | The innovation in the management of student affairs is not only an important link of the education innovation in colleges and universities in the new era but also the requirement for building students into talents raised by the current era. To realize this innovation, the education concept, "human-centered and student supreme", should be treasured as the soul of management of students affairs, the organization and planning of students affairs should be optimized, the students assessment and incentive system should be innovated, the contents and methods for the management of students affairs should be improved and the working flow for the management of students affairs should recreated by means of modern information technology. |
