综合激励模式在高校学生干部管理中的应用

当前,由于过分注重实践经验,学校管理者对学生干部的管理存在着招聘方式不够科学,培训流于形式,工作中缺少指导性规划,重命令轻自主性的发挥;人员过多,干部责任分散;忽视了学生干部的心理需求等问题。应采取综合激励模式,把好学生干部的招聘关,使其与同学、老师之间建立良好的心理契约。培训学生干部时,应注意内容与形式的有效结合,以激发学生干部担任相关职务的内在动机。同时要注重工作中的激励管理,明确奖惩,充分发挥精神和物质激励的作用,并做好学生干部换选中的情绪安抚工作,以维持并激发学生干部工作的积极主动性。
