| 摘 要： | 公众参与认知是公众参与的起点,对公众参与的研究起着重要的作用.但目前的研究大多为理论研究,缺乏实证予以检验.以成都市城镇居民问卷调研为基础,运用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析则可以从实证的角度验证公众参与认知到底由几个因子构成,结果显示：公众参与认知是由三个维度构成的,分别为公共事务认知、权责认知和条件认知,且三个维度的公众参与认知评价模型具有较高的信度和效度.

| Abstract: | Public participation awareness is the starting point for public participation. But most of the current study is on the theoretical aspect, lacking empirical inspection. Based on an empirical study from 1359 urban residents in Chengdu, the author conducts exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and finds that public participation awareness consists of three dimensions： awareness of public affairs, awareness of rights and obligations and awareness of the conditions. The three-dimension evaluation model of public participation awareness is highly reliable and valid. |
