| Abstract: | The strategy of the priority of the open-door policy should be taken in development of China West. The regions in this area will meet with strong competitions with each other in making good use of policies, catching opportunities, improving the opening standard, as well as promoting reform and development. Chongqing' s experience has proved that the governments must appropriately handle the dialectic relation between emancipation of mind and opening, must create a good enviroment of system for development and must adopt efficient measures to carry opening forward. |
