高校师生国际交流与中外文化传播的实证研究

在高等教育国际化相关研究的基础上，以教育部直属院校为样本，运用结构方程模型对高校师生国际交流与中外文化交流之间的关系进行实证分析可知，教师对文化交流的影响更多的是起“桥梁”和“媒介”作用，即通过人才培养、以间接方式参与国际交流活动来实现，且总效果大于学生的影响。当前我国高校的国际化建设应当以教师为主体，以学生为基础，以孔子学院和众多高校设置的研究各国政治经济文化的教学科研机构为平台来进行，从而使之能更好地服务于高等教育国际化事业。

Empirical Study on the Relationship of Teachers and Students and International Cultural Communication

This paper first reviews the relevant researches on internationalization of higher education, uses the universities directly under the Ministry of Education as the sample, and adopts the structural equation model of international student communication, intemational relations and cultural communication and interscholastic cultural communication between teachers and students to conduct a quantitative analysis. Results of the studies show that the teachers are prone to play the role of ＂bridge＂ and ＂ media＂ to affect indirectly the students＇ participation in international cultural communication activities and the total effect is greater than that of the students＇. The current Chinese universities should treat the teacher as the subject, regard the student as the basis, and take the Confucius Institute as the media so as to better serve the cause of international inter-university.
