摘    要:组织认同是个体价值行为选择的动态表现,也是价值观教育从说理走向实践的必要中介。培养学生对党、团、学组织的认同感和责任感是新中国高校价值观教育的重要内容与主要方式。随着大学生主体意识的提升、新型学生组织的大量出现,大学生的组织认同问题变得日益复杂,基于迎合性组织认同的价值观教育传统模式需要改革,并有必要建构基于选择性组织认同的“生成性”价值观教育新模式,包括:以“发展”为导向的价值观教育目标体系,教、研相结合的价值观教育基础,完善的社会支持系统。

Abstract:Organizational identification is not only a dynamic process of individual value behavior choice, but also the necessary intermediary for values education in the shift from reasoning to practice. To heighten the students' sense of identity and responsibility for Chinese Communist Party, the Communist Youth League and the Student Union are the most important parts and ways of value education in Chinese colleges. With the enhancement of consciousness of college students and appearance of large number of new student organizations, the issues of college students' organizational identity is becoming increasingly complex. It is necessary to modify the traditional value education model and develop a generative model of values education based on the selective organizational identification. The core objectives of the new model are development, foundation with the combination of teaching and research, and complete social support system.
