人本主义教育思想实践的合理限度

摘    要:人本主义教育思想在实践中会出现偏差、走样,导致教育失误。教育以人为本,首先应该获得普遍的人性观认同,需要防范、弱化其中消极的一面,不应该任意张扬人的生物性、非理性、无德性。以人为本的教育同样需要勤奋吃苦、挫折困难、批评惩罚、纪律法制等传统教育的必要辅助。

Abstract:When the concept of human-oriented education is put into practice,there may appear(deviations) and even mistakes.The proposal of human-oriented education requires that we first of all reach a universal consensus about the human nature and take precautions against its negative side,that is,to(exceed) the reasonable limit of biological nature and irrationality and to abandon morality.The human-(oriented) education also requires some "traditional" remedial measures of education: teachers should train students to develop the virtue of diligence and to overcome difficulties and hardships bravely,adopt the method of criticism and punishment,and guide students' behaviors with principles and laws.
