国内外农村公共服务体系研究的检视及评鉴

近年来,国内外学术界对农村公共服务及其体系问题进行了全面、系统的研究,并形成了较扎实的理论成果。但从现有的文献看,我国学者对农村公共服务体系的宏观对策性探讨居多,而且容易受到多元化供给的新公共管理理论束缚,视角相对狭窄,同时理论工具匮乏。当前,农村公共服务体系研究应借鉴趋向协同与整合的整体政府理论,以城乡基本公共服务均等化为重点,探索适合中国国情的新型农村公共服务体系的应用标准。
