| 摘 要： | 从加强实验室队伍建设的必要性入手。结合学校实验室队伍现状及实验室队伍建设实践．探讨了要实现学校的整体目标必须转变观念，树立正确的实验教学观，重视实验室队伍建设：必须改革体制．切实发挥实验室队伍的作用；必须加强培训，提高实验室队伍的整体素质；必须完善机制。科学定编设岗．激发实验室队伍的工作积极性、自主性和创造性。
