摘    要:在集体备课中开展读书报告制度是近年来我系进行的一项教学改革实践。该活动促进了教师之间的交流学习,更新丰富了教学内容,实现了信息资源的共享,并有力推动了教学与科研的相结合,以及个人教学科研能力的提高。

Abstract:Reading report system integrated into faculty preparation for lessons is a teaching reform program practiced in our department in recent years.It enriches the contents of lessons,conduces to the sharing of information resources,enhances the communication among teachers,massively promotes the combination of teaching and scientific research,and,in the meantime,improves the ability of individuals to undertake teaching and research.
