| 摘 要： | 师生关系处理往往是高校教育中非常关键的问题。导师与研究生关系相较于其他师生关系，具有较强的互动性以及复杂性，对其进行探讨显得很有必要。本文基于此，以导师和研究生关系为例，探讨二者的师生共同体搭建的发展阻力及路径构建对策，强调了师生共同体搭建的重要性。

| Abstract: | The handling of the teacher-student relationship is a very critical issue in college education, the relationship between tutors and postgraduates which has strong interaction and complexity has a big difference with other teacher-student relationships, and it is necessary to discuss it. Based on this, this article takes the relationship between tutors and postgraduates as an example, discussing the development resistance and path construction strategies between tutors and postgraduates, and emphasizing the importance of tutors and postgraduates. |
