| 摘 要： | 以福建中医药大学为例,分析2013—2016届护理学本科毕业生就业率、就业流向及用人单位对毕业生的评价等就业状况,并从增强职业认同感与基层就业扶持力度、构建和谐医疗环境、打造护理专业就业品牌、扩大护理专业影响力、引导学生合理规划职业生涯、提升自身综合素质等方面探讨提升护理本科生就业质量的路径。
