“5·12”地震灾难心理援助的问题与思考

通过参加“5·12”地震灾难的心理援助，认为目前存在以下问题：缺乏整体预案，援助行动显得无序；专业人员数量少，水平参差不齐；可持续性有限；民众对心理危机干预与援助存在认知偏差。建议：灾后心理援助应建立、健全分层有序的国家政府网络；加大对心理危机干预人员的培训力度，切实提升心理援助队伍的专业水平；着力于建立长效机制。实现可持续；专业技术要本土化．也要有所创新；借助各种媒体力量．普及心理防灾救灾知识。

Reflections on Problems Existing in Psychological Assistance after Wenchuan Earthquake

After experiencing the procedures of psychological assistance after ＂5 · 12＂ Wenchuan Earth- quake, it is believed that at present there exist some problems： the lack of an overall plan, disordered assistance operations, inadequate professionals, mixed levels of psychotherapy, limited sustainability, as well as people＇s cognitive bias in psychological crisis intervention and assistance. It is accordingly sugges- ted that a well-ordered governmental network of psychological assistance after disarster be established and improved, professional therapists be trained in a more effective way, a long-term mechanism be set up to achieve sustainability, the theraputic technology be not only applicable to Chinese people, but also innova- tive, and the knowledge of disaster prevention and relief in terms of psychology be publicized via all kinds of media.
