陕西农业高新技术产业化建设的思考

改革开放 2 0多年来 ,陕西农业高新技术产业化建设取得了丰硕成果 ,高科技在农业产业化方面的支撑作用日益突出。但目前仍然存在着创新能力不强、经营管理人才缺乏、科技投入不足、高新企业规模较小、产业化程度较低等问题。在综合分析的基础上 ,提出了加强农业科技创新力度、强化地市农技推广组织网络服务体系建设、培育建设农业高新技术产业龙头企业、加快农产品市场流通体系建设、建立建全农业标准体系和检测体系、加强农业和农村经济综合信息网络建设、大力发展农民专业合作经济组织、切实加大政府投资力度等方面的思考和建议

Reflections on Construction of Agricultural High-tech Industrialization in Shaanxi

The construction of agricultural high-tech industrialization in Shaanxi has achieved great success in the 20 years after China's opening to the outside world. It is very obvious that the high-tech is playing an underpinning role in agricultural industrialization. However, the weak innovation ability, lack of management talents, insufficient input in science and technology, the small scale of high-tech enterprise and low degree of industrialization rate,etc. are the main problems at present. Based on the comprehensive analysis, the reflections and suggestions are worked out, such as the innovation power of agricultural science and technology, strengthening construction of service system of agricultural technique extension network, cultivating key agricultural high-tech enterprise,accelerating construction of circulation system of agricultural market, establishing and perfecting agricultural standard and checking systems, promoting construction of comprehensive agricultural and rural information network, developing the farmers' economic organization of special cooperation, expanding government's fund support, etc.
