| 摘 要： | 运用利益相关者理论对农村社区生态旅游发展进行了深入分析,从对两个核心问题研究出发,利用利益相关者图解法,对农村社区旅游利益相关者进行了认定,并区分其属性,得出结论,社区是社区生态旅游发展的最关键群体,树立基于利益相关者理论的农村社区生态旅游发展观是实现旅游持续发展的基础,在尽量界定产权的基础上,对社区旅游进行企业化经营是一条值得探索的可持续发展途径。

| Abstract: | Stakeholder theory is used to analyse the rural community eco-tour development.Setting out from studying the two key problems,it utilizes stakeholder mapping to assert the stakeholder in the course of the rural community eco-tourism development and to distinguish their attribute.It is considered that the community is the key stakeholder in the course of rural community eco-tourism development,and establishing the development view based on stakeholder theory is a foundation of the rural community eco-tourism sustainable development.In addition it is a sustainable approach to run it as an enterprise. |
