| 摘 要： | 在广泛调查、阅读文献资料的基础上 ,分析归纳了黄土高原生态环境恢复与重建过程中将遇到的干旱、水土流失和植被建设等关键难题的现状。根据实际需求 ,提出了以设立先行研究项目、重大及关联问题研究和实施大型建设工程与规模化试验示范基地等方法来解决这些问题的途径

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation and data collection ,some key problems such as drought, soil and water erosion, and vegetation development on the restoration and rebuilding of the ecological environment in Loess Plateau were discussed. According to the local conditions and requirements, solutions, i.e. steering up pilot research projects, studying the significant and correlative issues, establishing some larger projects and experimental and demonstrative areas, which could solve these problem, were put forward. |
