| 摘 要： | 在综述国内外外商直接投资研究方面的文献的基础上，利用固定效果paneldata模型，构建不同来源地外商直接投资的实证模型，探讨不同来源国直接投资的决定性因素，本研究以一般化最小平方法进行估计，实证结果显示：不同来源国的直接投资。其决定性因素也不相同。

| Abstract: | Based on summaring the domestic and foreign literature of FDI, the article uses the panel data mode of fixed effect, and constructs the empirical model of different origin country＇ FDI in order to discuss decisive factors of different origin country＇ FDI. According to the least squares law, the empirical result demonstrated： The determining factor of different origin country＇s direct investment is not the same. |
