休闲农业旅游社区居民对旅游影响的感知研究

本文借助SPSS统计软件，运用因子分析法和方差分析法对黄兴镇社区居民的旅游影响感知及感知差异形成的驱动因素进行了实证调查研究。研究结果显示：社区居民的经济社会影响感知主要表现为对“收入水平与用途影响”、“收入方式与就业形势影响”、“就业观念与劳动特征影响”和“生活成本与经营意识影响”等4个方面的感知；不同个体特征对社区居民旅游影响感知的作用不同，家庭收入水平、参与旅游与否、居住地与旅游点的距离等因素对社区居民旅游感知差异的形成具有重要影响作用，是主要驱动因素。

An Empirical Study on Residents' Perception of Economic-social Impact of Leisure-agricultural Tourism in Suburb Community
