多中心治理理论与和谐社会的构建

多中心治理理论已成为有关政府改革的一个全球性话题。全球化推动社会政治过程的模式正从统治走向治理,多中心治理成为理解和解释当代政治和经济生活中诸多现象的重要工具,但其也有内在缺陷。构建和谐社会是我国的战略任务,治理理论对我国和谐社会的构建也只有在中国化的基础上,适合中国国情的前提下,才能对有中国特色的公共管理模式的形成起到借鉴作用。
