Discussion on the Relationship Between Public Administration and Law

The roles of public administration and law in social, political and economic lives are outlined. The relationship between the two and their historical development are analyzed, and the harm of misunderstanding this relationship is elaborated. In the light of China＇s actual condition and under the premise of legal adminstration, ways are given to appropriately handle such a relationship and to promote the advance of administration and legal system construction so as to achieve the goal of enhancing social progress and harmony. So a correct understanding of this relationship is of vital importance, and legislature should be aimed at improving the efficiency and standardization of administration, and the supervision over administrative organs and their employees should be strengthened, only through these measures can administration and law play better roles in the society.
