| 摘 要： | 《种子法》出台以后，市场机制成为调节我国种业供需平衡和稳定的重要方式。通过价格比较和生命周期分析可以看出，我国种业市场整合度较低，处于从投资整合阶段向产品经营阶段的过渡期，需要提高整合程度。在市场整合过程中，价格信息、运输条件、私人经济活动以及政府干预等共性因素和农业生产特点、农业经营利润水平、农产品商品率以及农产品交易市场等个性因素是影响我国种业市场整合的主要因子。

| Abstract: | After "Law of Seed" appears,the market mechanism becomes an important way to adjust supply and demand of seed market and its stability in China.It is thought that the conformity of China's seed market is in low level,and in the transition-period from the investment conformity stage to the product management stage.It is also considered that price information,transportation condition,private sector activity,government intervention,agricultural production characteristic,agriculture management profit level,agricultural product marketed proportion as well as agricultural product transaction market and so on are main power which affects the conformity of China's seed market. |
