| 摘 要： | 从龙头企业与养猪农户利益联结的内涵出发,在对现有7种利益联结模式进行剖析基础上,指出我国龙头企业与农户的利益联结模式应以“公司 基地 农户”或“公司 园区 农户”联结模式为主,其他模式作为补充的结论,并阐述了相应理由和运作实施条件。

| Abstract: | Based on the understanding of the benefits-linking mechanism of a company with peasant households,the paper successively analyses seven models,and then puts forward that the model of " company base(town) peasant households" should be taken as the main and others as its supplements.Finally,it explains the reason and its operation condition. |
